Preamble
The online store Docteur Bombay recommends that its customers read the general terms and conditions of sale of the site docteurbombay.fr. Thus, once the order has been validated, the customer will have read and tacitly accepted the clauses. The "Docteur Bombay" store reserves the right to revise them at any time.
1. Object
These terms of sale define the contractual terms between the online store Docteur Bombay and the customer with regard to the items sold on the site docteurbombay.fr. This implies unconditional acceptance by the customer of these terms of sale (in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions governing e-commerce and distance selling).

3. The products
The screen prints sold on docteurbombay.fr are original works created and printed in artisanal screen printing by Fabien Michaud. Each creation is printed in limited edition.
The works are hand-printed, with the greatest care, color by color on carefully selected quality papers. Each sheet is printed using an entirely manual process and may therefore have slight shifts between the colors or small variations that give it its unique character.
The seller undertakes, however, to inform the buyer as best as possible by means of photographs and detailed descriptions of each item offered for sale, but it should be noted that an exact similarity cannot be guaranteed.
Items marked “Out of stock” are not available for sale.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in Euros including all taxes (the Michaud company is not subject to VAT – Article 293 B of the CGI). Docteur Bombay (Fabien Michaud reserves the right to modify its prices at any time (in particular in the event of a change in rate or supplier revaluation).
5. The order
The customer adds the desired item to the basket and can confirm their purchase or continue their order at any time.
Any order confirmation entails full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
It is advisable to check the references and quantities before payment.
It is not necessary to create an account but you must identify yourself on the site to place an order.
The customer will be informed by email of the confirmation of his order.
6. Payment
When paying, delivery costs will be added to the amount of the items placed in the basket.
When paying, the final price indicating the total including tax for the items and delivery will be presented to you.
The customer will have the option to pay by choice:
- by credit card via Paypal
- by check (The order will be shipped when the check has been cashed.)
7. Delivery
The delivery conditions are valid for mainland France, the French overseas departments and territories and abroad.
Rates are calculated based on the shipping country and cover packaging and shipping costs.
Any order placed on the docteurbombay.fr website will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours (working days).
The items are sent in packaging adapted to their fragility. However, any damaged shipment cannot be the responsibility of the seller.
Any return to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
Orders are all shipped by French Post to:

Delivery times for France are indicative from 48 to 72 hours from collection by La Poste.
It takes 5 to 10 working days for Europe.
For all overseas and international shipments, delivery times vary and depend on the different postal services.
Any possible excess may not give rise to damages, retention or cancellation of the order by the buyer.
8. The retraction
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). In this context, the customer is liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal. The Docteur Bombay online store undertakes to make an exchange or refund (except for shipping and return costs) within 30 days, if the conditions set out are met.
9. Personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the seller undertakes not to communicate the customer's personal information to a third party.
This information, which is essential for processing orders, can be accessed, rectified or deleted at any time and upon simple request.
10. Intellectual Property
All prints published by Fabien Michaud are original creations. Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden without the prior authorization of their author.
The creations presented on this site constitute works protected by French and international legislation in force on copyright and, more generally, on intellectual and industrial property.
Articles L.111-1 and L.123-1 of the Intellectual Property Code certify to the author of a work the enjoyment of an exclusive property right from its creation, without the need to complete formalities (deposit or registration), for a period corresponding to the calendar year of the author's death and the seventy years that follow, for the benefit of his beneficiaries.
The partial or complete reproduction of the constituent elements of the docteurbombay.fr site and, in general, the reproduction of all or part of this site on any electronic or analog medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the authors.
Any unauthorized use of one of these elements will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
11. Applicable law
These online sales conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute arising from the relationship between the customer and the seller, sole jurisdiction is assigned to the French courts.
